Lead the mobile engineering team. Architect Flutter apps for students, parents, teachers and institutions, and set the standards for code quality and CI/CD.
Built the Allin HR platform for 200+ employees, integrated RFID and barcode scanning with the ERP (scan latency down 60%+), and designed an offline-first warehouse app that cut sync failures by 80%+.
Built mobile middleware connecting RFID devices to ERP systems, tracking 10,000+ items a day with a 99.5%+ sync success rate.
Lead the engineering team across client projects: architecture decisions, code quality, sprint planning and delivery from concept to production.
Launched mobile apps for 10+ clients, including 4 apps that passed 50,000 downloads within 3 months. Cut load times by 25% and kept crash rates under 1%.
